1、 壹年免費保修
客戶所采購之我公司的產品,自購買之日(說明:保修、保換時間是以用戶購買之日計算)起,享受壹年免費保修,終身維護的服務。 保修期內,剩余時間三個月以上的物品修復后繼續享有原保修期;保修期內,剩余時間不足三個月的物品自維修或更換之日起保修三個月。

客戶所采購之我公司的產品,在正常使用中所出現的硬件故障,在一年內(以產品保修卡日期為準),您將得到我公司指定維修機構提供的免費上門維修服務,此服務僅限于原廠配置的部件(配置清單詳見裝箱單)。
3、 維修響應時間
當您需要提供服務時,我們將在接到維修申請之時起24小時內作出響應。
4、 故障修復時間
在保修期間給您提供服務時,服務人員會在三個工作日內修復,如因個別復雜情況或不可抗因素導致不能在三個工作日內修復,服務人員將與您協商,明確修復時間,最長不能超過十五個工作日內修復。
5、 其他
保換期內產品,確因質量問題引起的故障馬上予以更換,因暫時缺貨無法更換時,經雙方協商,在用戶自愿的情況下,合理調換其他型號產品。
保修期內產品,因維修產品沒有返回本公司而無法返還客戶,經雙方協商,在用戶自愿的情況下,合理調換其他型號產品。雙方協商無法達成一致時,保修周期延長至維修產品返回本公司時為止。
在保修期內,因缺貨確無可調換產品時,雙方可協商處理。
6、 有償服務
超過保修期的我公司產品,我公司可提供有償維修服務并酌情收取一定的維修費用,具體收費分:廣州市(廣州老八區)內,配件費+人工費;廣州市外,配件費+差旅費+人工費。

Service regulations after sale
1. Free warranty for one year
The purchased products from our company share the service of free warranty for one year and lifelong maintenance counting beginning from the purchasing day (explanation: warranty and replacing time is calculated from the purchasing day). Within the warranty period, the products with the residual time of more than three months still share the original warranty period after being repaired; within the warranty period, the products with the residual time for less than three months can share the warranty of three months from the repairing or replacing day.
2. Limited home service for one year
If the purchased products have hardware faults in normal use within one year (according to the date of products warranty card), you will get the free home maintenance service of the maintenance units designated by our company. The service is only limited for the components with original factory configuration (configuration list can be available on the packing list).
3. Maintenance response time
When you need service, we will make responses within 24 hours after receiving maintenance application.
4. Faults maintenance time
In the maintenance period, the repair will be completed within 3 working days. If the repair can’t be completed within 3 working days due to certain complicated cases or irresistible factors, service engineers will consult with you to determine repairing time, and will repair them within not more than 15 working days.
5. Others
Due to the faults caused by quality problems within replacement period, products can be replaced immediately. If the replacement can not be don’t due to temporary shortage, under the voluntary cases, both sides consult with each other for appropriately exchanging other modes products.
If the products within the maintenance period have not been returned to the company yet, which lead to the in-time delivery failure to the clients, under the voluntary case, both sides can consult with each other for exchanging other modes products, if the agreement can’t be made, the maintenance period will be prolonged till the maintenance products being returned to the company.
6. Paid service
For our company’s products out of the maintenance period, our company will supply paid maintenance service and? Take the circumstances into consideration to charge some maintenance expenses. The concrete expense is divided into two kinds:
Inside Guangzhou city (Guangzhou Laoba district), spare parts expense + labour expense; Outside Guangzhou city, spare parts expense + travel expense + labour expense.

1. For bare screen and touch display, the maintenance modes are mainly delivery and mailing.
2. The faults of simple spare parts of touch and query integrative machine can be self-maintained or replaced by clients under being authorized by service engineers of our company.
3. For the faults of important spare parts of touch and query integrative machine, our company provide the home maintenance service.
3. Limited responsibility guarantee
(1) The purchased products will still share the undertaking to the maintenance period of original whole machine after being maintained by our company.
(2) When you purchase our products, the all responsibilities of all non-Guangzhou RUIXIN company parts installed by dealers will be taken by the dealer. We won’t take all the undertakings made by dealers.
(3) When you request the maintenance service, please show your products maintenance card. If you can not provide it or other evidences, our company has the right not to provide the maintenance service.
4. Warranty Exemption Obligation
In order to make your legal interests protected and avoid the unnecessary loss, for the products faults, abnormal working or breakage caused by the following reasons, our company do not take the obligation of free maintenance, you can select the paid service.
(1) The purchased products exceed the warranty period.
(2) The products are broken due to incorrect use by users.
(3) The products are broken because users use non-RUIXIN equipments.
(4) The breakage of the hardware or application software supplied by our company is due to the faults by the system software and virus supplied by non-RUIXIN.
(5) Without our permission, the breakage was caused by clients self-disassembly and altering to our hardware and software.
(6) The breakage of appearance and internal equipment was caused by users' secondary transportation.
(7) The breakage of our products caused by irresistible foreign factors such as natural disaster.

Before the products are handed-over, please ask the delivery company to open the box to check the appearance of machine. The hand-over transportation problems found will be presumed not our faults.
